Since then, Casaro and its team have been unwaveringly committed to preserving and practicing traditional cheese-making methods, crafting authentic cheeses that captivate the senses without the use of artificial additives or preservatives.

 

Hailing from the picturesque state of Kerala in India, Casaro proudly holds the distinction of being the first artisanal cheese maker from the region.
